Bookings & Payments runs your diary, online booking and payments inside Rehab Guru. It is free to switch on for the rest of your trial: go to Account, then Subscription, and click View/Change Subscription.

Go to Account, then Appointments, then Appointment Rules, and click Add Appointment Hours. Pick your days and times, and add exceptions for holidays and time off. See Setting up Appointment Hours (Booking and Exceptions).

In Account, then Appointments, click New appointment type to add each type you offer, such as a standard appointment, telehealth or a class. If you share rooms or equipment, add them on the Resources tab and require them on the types that need them. See Setting up Appointment Types and Setting up appointment resources.

Go to Business details, then Payment settings, and connect Stripe. You can then raise invoices, take card payments and see what has been paid, what is outstanding and what has been refunded. See Setting Up and Using the New Billing System.

Click on the Diary to book, or open a client and choose Actions, then Book Appointment. See Booking Client Appointments and Rescheduling or cancelling Appointments.

Go to Account, then Appointments, then the Settings tab, in the URLs and Embedded Settings section, to get your booking link. Share it by email or social media, or embed it on your website.
