Rehab Guru offers integration with Zoom to facilitate telehealth video consultations, enabling clinicians to connect with clients remotely. Follow these steps to set up and use Zoom within Rehab Guru.
Step 1: Connecting Zoom to Rehab Guru
Navigate to Account Settings
Go to Account > Sharing & Integrations > Integration in Rehab Guru.Select Zoom Integration
Find the Zoom Integration option and click Connect.

Log In to Zoom
You’ll be redirected to Zoom. Log in with your Zoom account credentials.Grant Permissions
After logging in, Zoom will prompt you to allow Rehab Guru access to your Zoom account. Click on Allow this app to use my shared access permissions, then select Allow.

Step 2: Configuring Zoom for Telehealth Appointments
Return to Rehab Guru
After authorising the connection, you’ll be redirected back to Rehab Guru.Set Zoom as the Meeting Type
Go to Account > Appointments > Appointment Types and configure an appointment type for telehealth.
In the Meeting Type drop-down menu, select Zoom.

Saving Appointment Type
Every appointment using this type will now automatically include a unique Zoom link.
Step 3: Conducting a Telehealth Appointment
When a client books an appointment with the Zoom meeting type, Rehab Guru will generate a unique Zoom link. This link will be sent to both the clinician and the client, enabling seamless virtual consultations.
