Rehab Guru connects to Zoom so you can run video consultations with your clients. Follow these steps to connect your Zoom account and create a Zoom appointment type.

Step 1: Connecting Zoom to Rehab Guru
Go to Account > Sharing & Integrations > Integration.
Find Zoom and click Connect.
You will be taken to Zoom. Sign in with your Zoom account.
When Zoom asks you to allow Rehab Guru access, tick Allow this app to use my shared access permissions, then click Allow.
You are then returned to Rehab Guru, and the Zoom row shows Disconnect instead of Connect.

Step 2: Configuring Zoom for Telehealth Appointments
Go to Account > Appointments and open the Appointment types tab.
Click New appointment type, or click the three dots next to an existing one and choose Edit.
On the Basic details tab, open the Meeting Type drop-down and choose Zoom.
Complete the other fields, then click Add (new) or Save Changes (existing).
Every appointment booked with this type will include its own Zoom link.

Step 3: Conducting a Telehealth Appointment
When an appointment is booked with the Zoom appointment type, Rehab Guru creates a unique Zoom link for it, so you and your client can join the video consultation.
