Ensure you have set up your Appointment Types, Appointment Rules (Hours), and Exceptions in Rehab Guru.
Once you have set up your appointment types, clinic hours, and any scheduling exceptions in Rehab Guru, you can access your online booking links and embed them into your website or share them with your clients via email or social media.
Step 1: Accessing the Online Booking Links
Navigate to Account and then select Appointments from the left-hand menu.
Once you’ve added your Appointment Types, set up your Appointment Rules (clinic hours), and configured any Exceptions, you’ll be able to access the Portal Settings section.

Step 2: Setting Up the Booking URL or Embed Code
If you have a website, enter your website domain in the provided field and click Update Urls Settings.

If you do not have a website, you can still share the booking link: the Appointment URL is shown in this section whether or not you enter a domain. Be sure to click Update Urls Settings so that Embed Appointment Form code is generated.
Step 3: Copying the Appointment URL
The system will generate an Appointment URL that can be shared directly with clients.
You can hover over the Copy button next to the appointment URL or manually highlight the link and copy it using your keyboard (Ctrl+C) or right-click and select Copy.
Once copied, you can paste the URL wherever you want to share it - on social media, in emails, or directly to clients.
Step 4: Embedding the Booking Form on Your Website
If you’ve entered a website domain, the system will also provide an Embed Code for the booking form, which appears as an iframe widget.
Copy this iframe code and embed it within your website to allow clients to book appointments directly from your site.

Step 5: Finalising the Setup
Once you’ve copied the Appointment URL or embedded the Booking Form, your clients can now access your online booking page and schedule appointments. If both the URL and the embed code are generated, they will both appear under the Portal Settings section.
Step 6: Creating a Pre-filled Booking Link
A pre-filled booking link opens your booking portal with the practitioner, location or appointment type already chosen, so clients skip those steps and go straight to picking a time. It is useful when you want a link for one practitioner on a team page, or for one service in a social media post or email.
In Account > Appointments, open the Settings tab and scroll down to Pre-filled Booking Links.
Choose a Practitioner, a Location and an Appointment type. Leave any of them on Any if you want the client to choose that themselves.
Click the Copy icon next to Copy your pre-filled booking link, then paste the link wherever you want to share it.

Team-wide appointment types only appear in the list once you choose a Practitioner.
If the practitioner works at more than one location, choose the Location that offers the service as well, or the link may open at a location that does not offer it.
Links are not saved in Rehab Guru, so build a new one each time you need a different combination.
