Integrating your Google Calendar with Rehab Guru keeps all your appointments in one place, helps you avoid double-bookings and lets you offer Google Meet video appointments. This guide shows you how to connect Google, sync your appointment types and book around your Google events.
Step 1: Connecting Google Calendar to Rehab Guru
Go to Account > Sharing & Integrations > Integration.
Find Google at the top of the list and click Connect.
Sign in with your Google account and allow Rehab Guru access.
Once connected, the Google row shows Disconnect instead of Connect, so you can remove the connection at any time.

Click Save Changes (or Add for a new appointment type).

Appointments booked with this type are synced to Google with a Google Meet link.
