Ensure you have set up your Appointment Types, Clinic Hours, and Exemptions in Rehab Guru before embedding the booking link.
In Rehab Guru, you can easily embed a booking link into your website, allowing clients to book appointments directly. Follow these steps to generate the embed code and integrate it into your website.
Step 1: Navigate to URLs and Embeds
Navigate to Account and select Appointments from the left-hand menu.
Ensure you have already created your Appointment Types, added any required Rules, and set up any Exemptions before proceeding.
Click on the URLs and Embeds section.
Step 2: Enter Your Website Domain
The URLs and Embeds page will initially be blank. To generate the embed code, enter your website domain into the box provided.

Click Update after entering your domain.
Step 3: Copy the Embed Code
After updating, both the Appointment URL and Embed Code will appear.
Look for the iframe code provided for embedding the booking link into your website. Click the Copy button to copy the code.
Paste the iframe code into the backend of your website where you want the booking link to appear.
