Ensure you have set up your Appointment Types, Appointment Rules, and Exceptions in Rehab Guru before embedding the booking link.
In Rehab Guru, you can easily embed a booking link into your website, allowing clients to book appointments directly. Follow these steps to generate the embed code and integrate it into your website.
Step 1: Navigate to URLs and Embedded Settings
Navigate to Account and select Appointments from the left-hand menu.
Ensure you have already created your Appointment Types, added any required Rules, and set up any Exceptions before proceeding.
Click on Portal Settings, and then scroll down to the URLs and Embedded Settings section.

Step 2: Enter Your Website Domain
The URLs and Embedded Settings section shows your Appointments Url straight away, but the embed code only appears once a domain is allowed. To generate the embed code, enter your website domain into the box provided.

Click Update Urls Settings after entering your domain.
Step 3: Copy the Embed Code
After updating, the Embed Code will appear below the Appointment URL.
Look for the iframe code provided for embedding the booking link into your website. Click the Copy button to copy the code.
Paste the iframe code into the backend of your website where you want the booking link to appear.
Note that classes and appointments will be on the same appointment link, but in different tabs on your website, once integrated.
