Ensure you have exercises or templates available to create a programme.

Rehab Guru offers multiple ways to create and send exercise programmes to your clients. Whether you start from scratch or use templates, the platform provides flexibility in customising programs for specific client needs.

Step 1: Starting with a Template or Exercise Page

  • Begin in the Templates Page
You can start by selecting the Templates page, where you can use the AI Generator or explore nearly 300 templates.

  • Using the AI Generator:
Enter a diagnosis, choose the stage of rehabilitation (early, mid, late, or advanced), and specify the number of exercises you want. Then, click Generate. Rehab Guru will provide a list of suggested exercises from the library for your client.

  • Guided Template Search:
Scroll through the template options or use the search bar to find a programme that fits your client's needs. Once selected, either load all the exercises or choose specific ones for your programme.

  • Starting from the Exercises Page
If you prefer, you can start from the Exercises page and manually select exercises from the library. You can search using keywords or apply filters such as equipment type, body part, or difficulty level.

Step 2: Adding Exercises to your Collection

  • Add Exercises to your Collection
Once you've selected exercises, click the plus (+) button next to each one to add them to your collection (basket). You can also clear the collection and start fresh at any time.

  • Customising Parameters
In the Settings page, you can adjust exercise parameters (reps, sets, rest time) for each exercise. To apply the same parameters across multiple exercises, select them and use the Apply Globally option.

  • Reordering and Editing
You can reorder exercises by clicking and dragging them in your collection. Exercise titles, descriptions, and other details can also be edited before finalising the programme.

Step 3: Publishing and assigning the Programme

  • Navigating to the Publish Page
Once you've built your programme, move to the Publish page to finalise it. Here, you can:

  • Change the programme title.

  • Add prescription notes for the client.

  • Assign the programme to one or more clients.

  • Assigning Cases and Attachments
Before assigning, you can also link the programme to a client case or add client reporting (symptom tracking). If necessary, attach additional files like patient information leaflets or infographics.

  • Setting Programme Duration
Choose how long the programme should last by selecting a specific date or setting the duration in days or weeks. After the programme ends, select what action you want (e.g., notify the client, request follow-up).
