The Creator was rebuilt in September 2026. You build the whole programme on one page and send it from a drawer that slides in over your work. These are the shortcuts that save the most time once you have sent your first programme.
Start from a template
Open the Templates tab at the top of the library panel. Filter by your own templates, your team’s, or the Rehab Guru ready-made set, then click one to load it. Choose Add to programme to keep what you have already built, or Replace programme to start again.
To save your own, click the arrow beside Publish programme. See Creating and managing Exercise Templates.
Find the right exercise quickly
Type a name, body part or piece of equipment into the search box. Press / to jump straight to it.
Use the filter chips to narrow the list, then search within the results. Filtering first and searching second is usually the quickest route.
Click the expand button at the top of the library to browse a full-screen grid of picture cards. Press Esc or Done to go back to your programme.
Edit several exercises at once
Click a row, then cmd-click (ctrl-click on Windows) to select more, and use Edit params in the bar above the list. You can also copy one exercise’s parameters with cmd+C and paste them onto the selected rows with cmd+V. See Setting Exercise Parameters in a Programme.
Add your own exercises
Open My Exercises in the library panel and click Create exercise. Add a name and tags, use Generate to draft the client instructions, and upload your own images or video. If the library is missing an exercise you need, click Request and our team can film it. See Creating and managing Exercises.
Plan week by week with Advanced Programming
For longer strength and return-to-sport blocks, click Advanced editor in the Creator top bar. You plan in a grid of weeks and days, with supersets, circuits, %1RM loads, automatic progressions and deload weeks. See Building a Week-by-Week Programme in the Advanced Editor.
