Rehab Guru’s exercise library allows users to search for specific exercises through various methods, including keyword searches and filter options. This article outlines how to navigate and use these tools effectively.

Step 1: Accessing the Exercise Library

  • Navigate to the Creator Page
Within your Rehab Guru account, go to the Creator section and select the Exercise tab to open the exercise library.

Step 2: Searching by Keyword

  • Use the Search Bar
Type a keyword in the search bar at the top of the library. The more specific your search term, the more refined your results will be.

  • Example of Search Terms

  • Specific Term: Typing a detailed name (e.g., “squat”) yields precise results.

  • Vague Term: Broader terms (e.g., “leg”) will return a larger set of results, which can then be refined with filters.

Step 3: Using Filters to refine Search Results

  • Applying Filters
On the left side, various filters allow you to narrow your search. Filter options include:

  • Difficulty

  • Equipment

  • Movement Direction

  • Exercise Aim

  • Muscle Group

  • Joint

Each filter has green text showing the number of exercises available for that option. As you select filters, they refine the search results further, displaying only exercises that match all chosen criteria.

  • Combining Keyword and Filters
You can use a keyword in combination with filters to further narrow down the results.

  • Using only Filters for searching
If you prefer, you can search exclusively by using the filters without entering a search term. This can help when you’re browsing a broad category of exercises or looking for ideas within specific parameters.

By following these steps, you can efficiently search for and select the exercises you need from the Rehab Guru library to build tailored exercise programs for your clients.
