The Creator was rebuilt in September 2026. Attachments are now added in the How step of the Publish drawer rather than on a separate Publish page. See What's New in the Creator for a summary of what changed.
You can attach PDF documents to an exercise programme to give clients extra resources such as instructions, guides or health information. PDFs live in your content library, so once one is uploaded you can attach it to as many programmes as you like.
Method 1: Uploading PDFs via Account and Library
This is the best place to build up your library in one go.
Go to Account and select Library from the menu.
Click Upload PDF and choose the files from your device.
PDFs uploaded here are available everywhere, including the Publish drawer in the Creator.

Method 2: Uploading a PDF while you publish
You can also upload one without leaving the programme you are sending.
Build the programme in the Creator and click Publish.
Go to the How is it delivered? step and find Attachments near the bottom.
Click Add, then use the + button beside the Select Attachment box to upload a new PDF from your device.
Attaching a PDF to a programme
In the How is it delivered? step, click Add on the Attachments row. An Add programme attachments box appears. Pick the PDF you want from the Select Attachment dropdown, and it is attached to the programme.
Attaching a PDF to a programme
Repeat to attach more than one. When you finish the Review and send step and click Publish programme, the attachments go out with it.
Attaching a PDF from your library is not the same as Attach PDF copy, which is a separate toggle higher up the How step. That one sends a PDF of the programme itself as an email attachment.
