Ensure that you have any necessary media (e.g., videos or images) ready for upload if you want to use the AI description generator.

In Rehab Guru, you can create custom exercises by uploading media, generating descriptions, and setting various permissions. Follow the steps below to create, manage, and edit your exercises.

Step 1: Navigating to the Exercise Creation Page

  • Navigate to the Creator tab and select Exercise from the menu.

  • Add Tags to label the exercise, such as equipment type or "no equipment," to make future searches easier.

Step 3: Adding Media and Descriptions

  • If you've uploaded a video, you can use the AI Description Generator by clicking on the Generate button. This will create a description for the exercise in a few seconds.

  • If you prefer, you can manually write your own description instead.

Please note that the AI description tool only works with videos, not images.

Step 4: Configuring Permissions and Data Protection

  • Team Permissions: If you're part of a team, you can manage whether other team members can view and edit this exercise. If you're the sole user, this setting will not appear.

  • Patient Data: If the exercise video or image contains patient data, you can lock the content to a specific client for data protection purposes.

  • Select the Contains Patient Data tick box.

  • Choose the client to lock the content to or create a new client if necessary.
