Ensure you have created an exercise programme in the Publish page.
Configuring Compliance and Symptom Reporting
Navigate to Publish and locate the Client Reporting toggle on the left-hand side.
Turn on the toggle to enable symptom tracking.

Use the Measure drop-down menu to select the symptoms or health outcomes to track.
Add multiple symptoms if needed.
Set the interval for tracking using the Type drop-down menu. Options include:
Before or after every exercise.
Before or after every session.
Daily, weekly, or at the start/end of the programme.
Adding multiple symptoms for the client to report.
Once all symptoms are configured, save them as a preset by clicking New Preset.
Enter a name for the preset (visible only to the clinician).
Click Save to store the preset for future use.
Saving configured symptoms as a new preset for monitoring.
Select a preset from the Select Reporting Preset drop-down to apply predefined symptom tracking configurations.
Click Assign Programme to send the programme to the client with the selected symptom tracking enabled.
Client Interaction with Reporting
When the client accesses their programme:
They will see a Start Session button with an accompanying alert to click the button to begin tracking.

Clients interact with symptom prompts as configured by the clinician:
Symptoms are displayed with a visual analogue scale (0-10), ranging from a smiley face (no symptoms) to a frowning face (severe symptoms).
Clients can add comments in a dedicated text box.
Feedback buttons appear as they progress through the programme.
If unable to complete an exercise, clients can click the Skip button, which prevents data from being sent.
At the end of the session, clients click Finish Session to submit all feedback and symptom data.
Clinician Review of Compliance and Symptom Data
Navigate to the Clients section of Rehab Guru.
Use the Reporting Filter on the left-hand menu to narrow down clients based on:
Date ranges.
Specific symptoms (adjusted via a 0-10 sliding scale).
Multiple symptoms for detailed analysis.
Filtering clients based on compliance and completion thresholds.
Click View next to a client to see their reporting data.
Viewing Client Reports
The overview page displays:
A bar graph showing session compliance as a percentage.
Line graphs for tracked symptoms, with dates on the x-axis.
Overview of compliance and symptom tracking.
For detailed symptom reporting:
Click on a specific session date to see:
Individual symptom data by exercise.
Comments left by the client.
Completed repetitions/sets.
Additional Notes
All submitted data is visible to the clinician via the reporting dashboard.
Clients can view their progress within the Client App in the form of graphs showing activity and symptom trends over time.
Only saved or submitted data will be displayed. Skipped exercises will not contribute to compliance metrics.
Symptom data is automatically sent to the client app for self-review, promoting engagement and accountability.
By setting up compliance and symptom tracking, clinicians can better monitor client progress and adjust exercise programmes as needed.
