In Rehab Guru, you can search for clients using filters based on labels, reporting, symptom tracking, and exercise compliance. This guide will walk you through how to use these filters to find and manage clients efficiently.

Types of Filters Available

  • Label Filters:
The first type of filter is Labels, which allows you to search for clients based on custom labels you've created and applied. For more information on setting up labels, refer to the related article.

  • Reporting Filters:
The second type of filter is the Reporting Filters. These filters allow you to search based on clients' symptom tracking, programme completion, and compliance data. You can further filter by date range and specific symptoms.

Using Reporting Filters

  • Date Range:
To filter by a specific time period, first, select a Date Range. You can enter a custom date range or choose from preset options such as:

  • Day

  • Week

  • Month

  • Symptom Tracking:
Symptom tracking allows you to search for clients based on the symptoms they report as part of their exercise programmes. The available symptoms can be attached to client programmes and tracked over time.

  • After selecting a date range, choose the desired symptom tracker, and a Sliding Scale (reported out of ten) will appear. You can either click and drag the slider or click on the desired value to refine your search.

  • Completion:
Completion relates to whether a client has completed all exercises within their assigned programme. Use this filter to see which clients have fully completed their programme.

  • Compliance:
Programme Compliance filters clients based on how frequently they complete their exercises. You can search for clients who have complied with the number of days their clinician asked them to complete exercises within a week.

Applying Multiple Filters

  • You can combine multiple filters to refine your search further. For example, search for clients who reported high sleep quality and have a completion rate above a certain threshold.

  • Select as many filters as needed to do this, and the client list will dynamically update based on your selections.

Using multiple filters can help you identify clients who may be struggling with their exercises or those who are excelling. This insight can help you adjust their programmes accordingly.

Final Steps

  • After you apply your filters, the relevant clients will be in the Clients area. You can view and manage their details, helping you stay on top of their progress and needs.

Using these filters, you can effortlessly search and manage clients based on their performance, compliance, and other relevant data, ensuring personalised care and follow-up.
