You can open the exercise programmes your clinician sends you on a computer, laptop or any smart device, using the Rehab Guru web portal. This guide shows you how to open a programme, follow your exercises and log your sessions.
There is no account or password to log in with. You open your programmes with the link in your email, your Programme ID, or your email address and a code we send you.
Accessing your Exercise Programme
Your clinician sends your programme by email. You can open it in any of these ways:
Click the button in the email to open the programme in your browser.
Copy the link from the email and paste it into your browser's address bar.
Enter your Programme ID: go to portal.rehabguru.com/welcome, type the Programme ID from your email under I have a Programme ID, and click Access Programme.

Save or Preview mode
When you open a programme, you are asked Save this programme?
Save to this browser keeps the programme in your browser so you can open it again next time, and lets you log sessions.
Just preview lets you look at the programme without saving anything, which is useful on a shared computer.
Choosing to save or just preview your programme
Previewing? A yellow bar shows "Previewing: this programme won't be saved". To start a session or use Quick Log you need to save the programme first. Click Save in the yellow bar, or Save & Continue when asked.

Navigating Your Programme
Overview lists every exercise on one page, each with a Video and Images tab and its instructions. Use CC and Narration to turn captions and voice narration on or off.
Step-by-Step shows one exercise at a time, numbered along the top, with the next exercise under Up Next.
The document button next to Start Session opens any files your clinician has attached.

Logging a Session
Click Start Session. A progress bar and timer show how far through the session you are.
Work through the numbered exercises. Click Mark as Done when you finish an exercise, or Skip if you cannot do it.
If your clinician has asked you to report how you feel, you will be asked to rate your symptoms and can add a comment for them.
Click End when you have finished, to send your session to your clinician.
Already know the exercises? Click Quick Log at the top of the programme to log a session without going through each exercise.
Using the Built in Timer
For exercises with a Time parameter, select the Time button to start a timer, which you can use as a Countdown or a Stopwatch.

Tracking Progress
Your logged sessions are sent to your clinician. Use Progress in the left-hand menu to see your sessions over time.
If your programmes have disappeared
Programmes you save are kept in the browser you saved them in. They will not show if you:
open the portal on a new phone, computer or browser
clear your browser's cookies and site data
opened the programme with Just preview, which does not save it
This only affects that browser. Load them again with Access Programmes via Email, following the steps in Loading Past Prescriptions above.
If nothing loads:
check you entered the email address your clinic sends your programmes to
look in your junk folder for the verification code
if your clinic has closed a programme, or your clinician has left, contact the clinic and ask them to send you a new one. Rehab Guru support cannot reopen or resend programmes for you.
