The Creator was rebuilt in September 2026. Templates are saved from the arrow beside Publish programme and managed on the Templates tab of the library panel. See What's New in the Creator for a summary of what changed.
Sharing a programme with someone outside your own team takes two things: the programme saved as a template, and a share key connecting the two accounts.
Sharing with colleagues on your own team is simpler and does not need a share key. Use Team sharing on the template instead, described in Creating and managing Exercise Templates.
Step 1: Save your programme as a template
Build the programme in the Creator, setting the parameters on each exercise row as you go. When it is ready, click Publish, then click the arrow beside Publish programme and choose Save as new template. Give it a name you will recognise.

The saved template appears on the Templates tab of the library panel, under the Mine filter.

Step 2: Connect the two accounts with a share key
Go to Account > Sharing, where you will find your Share Key.
Copy it and send it to the Rehab Guru user you want to share with, by message or email.
They go to their own Sharing page, paste your key into the Enter Share Key field, and give the connection a name that makes sense to them.

Step 3: Share the template
On the Templates tab, click the ... menu on the template you want to share and choose Rename / share link. This window holds the template's share key.
Getting a template's share key
To share several templates in one go, click Select at the top of the Templates tab, tick the ones you want and use Sharing in the bar that appears at the foot of the panel.

Step 4: Finding programmes shared with you
If someone has shared a template with you, open the Templates tab in the Creator and switch to the team filter chip. Their shared templates appear alongside your own, ready to load into a programme.
