If the Rehab Guru app or webpage isn’t loading properly on your device, don’t worry - there are several easy steps you can try to fix the problem. No technical skills needed - just follow the steps below.

For issues with the Rehab Guru app:

  1. Restart the app: Close the app completely (force quit it) and try reopening it.

  2. Restart the device: A simple restart can often fix temporary glitches.

  3. Check internet connection: Make sure the device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data. Try switching between them to see if it helps.

  4. Clear cache/data:

On an Android device, go to Settings > Apps > Rehab Guru > Storage and tap Clear Cache.

To clear an app’s cache on an iPhone, one effective method is to offload the app. This process removes the app itself but keeps its documents and data intact. When you reinstall the app, the cache is often cleared, helping to resolve performance issues. To do this, go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, select the app you want to offload, tap Offload App, and then choose Reinstall App.

  5. Update the app: Check the App Store or Google Play Store for updates. Newer versions might resolve bugs or compatibility issues.

  6. Update the device’s operating system: Make sure the device’s software is up to date, as some apps require the latest version to run properly.

  7. Uninstall and reinstall the app: Delete the app and reinstall it from the app store to fix any corrupted files.

  8. Check for storage space: Ensure there’s enough free space on the device, as low memory can prevent apps from launching.

For issues with the webpage, please try the following:

  1. Restart your web browser.

  2. Clear your browser cache.

To clear your browser cache, open your browser settings or preferences, then look for the section called Privacy or History. From there, select Clear Browsing Data or Clear Cache and Cookies. You can usually choose a time range - selecting All Time ensures a full reset. Once cleared, close and reopen your browser before trying to load Rehab Guru again. This process removes outdated files that may be preventing the page from displaying correctly.

  3. Check for any new network changes, such as firewalls or browser extensions that might be affecting your access.

  4. Restart your PC

  5. Try to access the website through a different browser or device.
