Follow these steps to configure auto-logout and set up two-factor authentication for enhanced security in Rehab Guru:

Setting Auto-Logout Preferences

  • Navigate to the Account page and select the Settings tab. Scroll down to Preferences.

Accessing the Preferences section the Account page

  • In the Preferences section, the first option available is Auto-Logout When Inactive. This allows you to configure Rehab Guru to log you out after a period of inactivity automatically.

  • If you enable auto-logout, you can choose the inactivity period from a range of options (e.g., 15 minutes to 2 hours).

Selecting a shorter inactivity period provides more security, especially when accessing your account on shared devices.

  • If you deselect this option, Rehab Guru will not log you out, allowing you to return to the page when you want.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  • To enable two-factor authentication, scroll down to the Security section of the settings page.

Accessing the Security section to set up two-factor authentication

  • Select the option to Set Up Two-Factor Authentication and follow the steps to enable this feature.
