Ensure you have access to the Account>Preferences settings to configure your reply address for emailed exercise prescriptions.
In Rehab Guru, you can set a specific reply address for exercise programmes that are emailed to clients. This feature is available both for solo users and for team members, although it may be automatically configured for team accounts. Follow the steps below to set or adjust your reply address.
Configuring Reply Settings for Sole Practitioners
Navigate to Account>Preferences.
Scroll to the section labelled Reply to for Emailed Exercise Prescriptions.
As a single user, you can choose whether you would like users to be able to reply to you directly.
Configuring the Reply To setting for emailed exercise programmes
Once you have entered the desired reply address, the system will use this for all future exercise prescription emails.
We highly recommend that you leave this setting checked to make sure your patients can reply to you if they have any questions.
Additionally, having a no reply email address is more likely to trigger spam filtering on mailboxes, which may mean your programs struggle to get delivered.
For Team Users
If you are part of a team, the reply address may already be configured at the team level. In this case, the option to change the reply address will be disabled for individual users, and the team’s default reply address will be applied.
Team administrators can set a reply address for the entire team, ensuring that all exercise prescriptions are sent with the same reply-to address.
If you need to adjust the team reply address, contact your team administrator or navigate to Team>Settings to configure the team-wide reply-to settings.
