Every exercise video can carry closed captions (on-screen subtitles) and narration (a spoken voiceover). You can control both for one exercise at a time, or for the whole programme at once.
Option 1: Changing video settings for a single exercise
With the exercise in your programme, click the ... menu at the end of its row. The menu includes Disable closed captions and Disable narration for that exercise. If they are already off, the same items read Enable instead.

You can also check how a video looks with captions and narration on by double-clicking the exercise in the library to open its preview, where the CC and speaker buttons sit above the video.

Option 2: Changing video settings for the whole programme
When the programme is ready, click Publish and go to the How is it delivered? step. The Exercise videos row has a Captions toggle and a Narration toggle that apply to every video in the programme.
Setting captions and narration for the whole programme
The programme-wide toggles override anything you set on an individual exercise. If you have already changed a single exercise, set the whole-programme toggles first and then adjust the individual ones.
By setting captions and narration to suit each client, you can make sure the exercise videos you prescribe are accessible and easy to follow.
