Controlling Closed Captions and Narration Settings for Exercise Videos

This guide explains how to change closed caption (sub-titles) and narration (voiceover) settings when prescribing exercises for clients.

Option 1: Changing Video Settings for Individual Exercises

  1. Ensure you have loaded your chosen exercises into the Exercise Collection basket.

  2. Navigate to Creator > Settings within the exercise prescription interface.

  3. Click on the exercise title and locate the Video toggle button.

  4. Click the toggle to enable or disable closed caption (sub-titles) or narration (voiceover) as required.

Option 2: Changing video settings for the whole prescription

Once you have set up your programme and are ready to assign to a client, navigate to Creator>Publish, where you can set the sub-titles and narration for all videos in the programme.

If you have altered individual video settings, you will get a pop-up message warning you that these global settings will override any changes you made to individual video settings.
