Option 1: Changing Video Settings for Individual Exercises
Ensure you have loaded your chosen exercises into the Exercise Collection basket.
Navigate to Creator > Settings within the exercise prescription interface.
Click on the exercise title and locate the Video toggle button.
Click the toggle to enable or disable closed caption (sub-titles) or narration (voiceover) as required.

Option 2: Changing video settings for the whole prescription
Once you have set up your programme and are ready to assign to a client, navigate to Creator>Publish, where you can set the sub-titles and narration for all videos in the programme.
