Setting Notification Preferences

Learn how to manage your notification preferences for updates, offers, and account-related notifications, including prescription copies.

In Rehab Guru, users can customise their notification preferences to receive updates and account-related notifications such as prescription copies. This guide explains how to manage these settings.

Step 1: Accessing Notification Settings

  • Navigate to Account>Account and Organization>Settings and select Notifications.

  • Here you can manage your notification preferences.

Step 2: Managing Notification Preferences

  • In the Notifications section, you can select or deselect options for receiving:

  • Updates and Offers: Receive marketing and update notifications.

  • Account Notifications: Choose specific notifications such as Prescription Copy.

  • Prescription Copy Notification: If enabled, you will receive a copy of the exercise prescription sent to a client by email. This feature is particularly useful for users who work in organisations that use different systems for writing treatment notes. You can easily copy and paste the exercise prescription into those notes.

The prescription copy feature is helpful for users who need to integrate exercise programmes with other treatment systems.

Updating default Client notification settings.

This is also where you are able to update default notification settings for Clients.

Step 3: Saving Your Notification Preferences

  • Once you have selected or deselected the notifications you want to receive, click Update Notification Settings.
