Managing an Existing Exercise Programmes

Learn how to manage and review existing exercise programmes connected to a client, including status updates and unique programme IDs.

In Rehab Guru, you can manage and review existing exercise programmes for each client. This guide will help you navigate and manage exercise prescriptions, including checking their status and other key details.

Step 1: Accessing the Client’s Exercise Programmes

  • Navigate to the Clients page and click View next to the client whose exercise programme you want to manage.

  • You will be automatically directed to the Prescriptions tab, where all existing exercise programmes for the client will be displayed.

Step 2: Reviewing Existing Exercise Programmes

  • In the Prescriptions tab, you will see a list of all the exercise prescriptions associated with the client. This list includes:

  • Whether the programme is Active.

  • If the programme is set to Expire or if the Programme Access has been closed.

  • You can also view the Date and Time the programme was sent, as well as the Unique ID assigned to that programme.

Step 3: Prescription Action Menu

  • Clicking on the three dots to the right of each prescription in the list will show an action menu, where a number of prescription functions can be performed.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and track the status of your client's exercise programmes, ensuring they stay on top of their rehabilitation plan.
