How to Configure Your Booking Page with Global Appointment Types

With the release of Global Appointment Types, you now have more flexibility in how your Booking Page appears to clients. Follow the steps below to update your portal settings and improve the client booking experience.

Steps to Update Your Booking Page Settings

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to the Appointments section.

  3. Click on Portal Settings.

  4. Toggle "Show Appointment Types First in Booking Portal" to ON

    • This allows clients to select their appointment type before choosing a practitioner.

    • Note: This requires Global Appointment Types to be set up by the team admin.

(Optional) Toggle "Display Business Name Instead of Therapist Name in Booking Portal" to ON

  • This setting will display your business name instead of individual therapist names during booking.
