1. Overview
We have completely rebuilt the Rehab Guru booking portal and it is now on general release. The upgrade is free, backwards-compatible, and brings faster, simpler booking for your clients.
From 20 July all links that still point to the old portal will be automatically redirected. We nevertheless recommend switching your URLs now so that you can make full use of the new features straight away.

3. What stays the same?
Your appointment types, classes and availability settings are unchanged.
All staff log-ins, confirmations, reminders and integrations still work.
Client records, exceptions and booking windows all remain the same.
4. How to upgrade in less than five minutes

1 | Visit the Appointments > URLs and Embeds and copy your new booking URLs and iframe codes. |
2 | The new codes simply replace the sub-domain |
3 | Save or republish your page/e-mail. |
4 | Test the new link. You should see the modern portal with your logo and colours. |
Tip for embedded forms (iFrames)

5. Frequently asked questions
Do I need to recreate appointment types?
No – everything is already there.
Will clients lose future bookings?
Not at all. Existing bookings appear in the new portal automatically.
Can I switch back?
From 20 July the classic portal will redirect permanently, so now is the best time to move.
