The Better Clinician Project (BCP) integration allows you to connect your BCP and Rehab Guru subscriptions for exclusive benefits:

  • Rehab Guru subscribers can get complimentary access to BCP courses and resources

  • BCP subscribers can receive significant discounts on Rehab Guru subscriptions

This integration helps you maximise the value of both platforms while streamlining your professional development and practice management.


Who Can Use This Integration?

Requirements

  • You must be the subscription owner (not a team member)

  • You need an active subscription on at least one platform

  • You must use the same email address for both accounts

Connection Options

Option 1: Rehab Guru β†’ BCP

  • You have an active Rehab Guru subscription

  • You want to full access BCP courses and content

  • Available for both monthly and annual RG subscribers

Option 2: BCP β†’ Rehab Guru

  • You have an active BCP subscription

  • You want full access to Rehab Guru's exercise library

  • Optionally add additional services such as appointment bookings, patient forms and treatment notes.


Connecting Your Subscriptions

For Rehab Guru Subscribers (Getting BCP Access)

  1. Navigate to Integration Settings

    • Go to Account > Integrations

    • Look for the "Better Clinician Project" section

  2. Start the Connection Process

    • Click "Connect to BCP"

    • Choose Existing Rehab Guru Subscriber

    • Click Create/Connect BCP Account

  3. Access Your BCP Content

    • You'll receive an email with login instructions

    • Your BCP account will be activated within a few minutes

    • Use the same email address to log into the BCP platform

Connecting Rehab Guru to the Better Clinician Project

For BCP Subscribers (Getting RG Discount)

  1. Navigate to Integration Settings

    • Go to Account > Integrations

    • Find the "Better Clinician Project" section

  2. Connect Your BCP Subscription

    • Click "Connect Existing BCP Subscription"

    • The system will verify your BCP subscription status

Updating Your Connection

  • Changing subscription types: Disconnect and reconnect with new preferences

Troubleshooting Common Issues

"You already have access" Error

If you see this message when trying to connect:

  1. Check your current access

    • Try logging into BCP with your email

    • Verify if you already have the content you're trying to access

  2. Clear and reconnect

    • This usually means you have a previous connection

    • The system will allow reconnection and update your settings

    • Your access will be maintained

  3. Contact support if needed

    • If you can't access content you should have

    • If reconnection doesn't resolve the issue

Team Member Restrictions

If you get a "team member" error:

  • Only the subscription owner can connect BCP integration

  • Team members cannot set up the connection

Billing and Discount Issues

If your BCP discount isn't applying:

    • Ensure your subscription hasn't expired

    • Go to Account > Integrations

  • Billing changes may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect

For RG β†’ BCP connections:

  • Your RG subscription continues as normal

  • BCP access is complimentary

For BCP β†’ RG connections:

  • Your BCP subscription continues as normal

  • Discounts appear on your RG invoices

Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel your RG subscription:

  • BCP access will be automatically removed

  • No action needed from you

If you cancel your BCP subscription:

  • RG discounts will be automatically removed

  • Your RG subscription continues at regular price

Only subscription owners can set up the integration. However, depending on your team setup, members may be able to access shared BCP content once the integration is connected.

Do discounts apply immediately?

  • For active subscriptions: Discounts typically apply to the next billing cycle

  • For new subscriptions: Discounts apply immediately to trials and first billing

  • For reactivated subscriptions: Discounts apply to the reactivation billing

What if my BCP or RG subscription expires?

The integration will automatically disconnect when subscriptions expire. Benefits will be removed, but you can reconnect once you renew your subscriptions.
