Follow these steps to cancel or pause your subscription in Rehab Guru:
Accessing Subscription Settings
Navigate to Account>Subscription from the left menu bar.
Click on Manage Payments.

Cancelling or Pausing the Subscription
In the Manage Payments pop-up, select your current subscription.

You will be given the option to either Cancel or Pause your subscription.
Cancelling your subscription will stop access to the platform. Consider pausing if you may return in the future.
Additionally, before canceling, consider exporting any important data. Navigate to Account>Export and download client information you wish to retain. This ensures you have a record of necessary details before losing access.
If you are a free trial user and have not entered payment details, your subscription will expire automatically at the end of the trial period, and no action is needed.
Choosing to cancel or pause the subscription
Once you have made your selection, confirm your choice, and the action will be applied to your subscription.
Reactivating your Subscription
If you would like to reactivate your Rehab Guru subscription after cancelling it, you should be able to simply log back in to your account and manage it from there.
Navigate to Account>Subscription, and select Manage Payments, where you can input your Account Information, Billing Address and Payment Methods. You can also manage your Add-ons and Subscription plan in View/Change Subscription.
