Amending Exercise Settings

This guide explains how to amend exercise settings, including reordering exercises, editing parameters, and saving changes for future use.

Ensure you have exercises added to your basket before making any amendments.

  • Reordering Exercises

  • Navigate to Creator>Settings.

  • In the Basket, click and drag exercises to reorder them as required.

  • Editing Exercise Parameters

  • View parameters for each exercise in the list on the left-hand side.

  • Click directly on each field to edit numerical or alphabetical values.

  • Use the Tab key to navigate between fields for quick edits.

  • Change the view mode at the top to select the most suitable layout for editing.

  • Editing Titles, Descriptions, and Media

  • On the right-hand side:

  • Edit the Title of the exercise.

  • Reorder or remove Images by dragging or clicking on the respective buttons.

  • Edit the Description by clicking the Edit button.

  • Adding and Customising Parameters

  • Scroll to the Parameters section and click Edit Parameters.

  • In the pop-up:

  • Tick or untick existing parameters.

  • Add a custom parameter by typing into the field and clicking Add.

  • Enter values for the new parameters directly into the exercise fields.

  • Applying Parameters to Multiple Exercises

  • Select the exercises to which you want to apply the parameters:

  • Click the checkboxes next to individual exercises.

  • Use the Toggle Selection button on the top right to select all exercises.

  • Click Apply to Selected to update the chosen exercises with the customised parameters.

  • Saving and Removing Exercises

  • Saving Exercises:

  • Click the green Save to My Exercises button to save custom parameters, names, and descriptions.

  • The saved exercise will now appear in My Exercises for future use.

  • Removing Exercises:

  • To remove a single exercise, click the red Remove Exercise button.

  • For bulk removal, select multiple exercises and click Remove Selected.

Save your customised exercises to ensure they are readily available for future use.
