In Rehab Guru, you can easily associate cases with existing treatment notes or forms. This guide will show you how to add or manage cases for both notes and forms.
Step 1: Adding a Case to an Existing Treatment Note
Navigate to the Clients page and click View next to the client you wish to manage.
From the left-hand menu, select Treatment Notes. Find the specific note you wish to modify and click on it.
Click on the Actions button and select Manage Client Cases from the drop-down menu.

You will see all the cases associated with this client, along with the current case assigned to the entry. If you want to assign a different case, select the desired case from the list and click Attach.
If no relevant case exists, you can create a new one by clicking Add New Case, filling in the details, and attaching it to the note.

Step 2: Adding a Case to an Existing Form
In the client’s profile, click on Forms from the left-hand menu.
Find the form you wish to modify and click on the Actions button (three vertical dots) next to it. Select Manage Client Cases.

Similar to treatment notes, you can select an existing case or create a new one and attach it to the form.

Step 3: Adding a Case When Creating a New Form or Treatment Note
When creating a new Form or Treatment Note, once you click Save, Rehab Guru will prompt you to attach a case.
Select an existing case from the drop-down menu or create a new one, then click Attach to this Case.
