Rehab Guru allows you to manage client cases, which can be linked to treatment notes, exercise programmes, and other forms. This guide will walk you through how to create, edit, and manage client cases.
Accessing and Viewing Client Cases
Navigate to the Clients page and select the client you want to manage.
In the left toolbar, click on Cases. You will see a list of existing cases associated with that client, showing the case names, statuses, and any linked content such as treatment notes or exercise programmes.

You can view details like diagnostic codes, creation dates, and linked content for each case.
Creating a New Client Case
To create a new case, click on the New Case button.
Enter the following details:
Case Name: Name the case appropriately for easy identification.
Notes: Optionally, add notes to provide more details.
Diagnostic Code: If applicable, add a diagnostic code for the case.
Status: Choose whether the case is Open or Closed.
Once you’ve entered the details, click Create to save the new case.

Editing and Managing Client Cases
To edit an existing case, select the case and click on the Edit button.

You can:
Change the Case Name.
Add or update Notes.
Add or modify a Diagnostic Code.
Change the case status from Open to Closed, or vice versa.
Once your changes are complete, click Save to apply the updates.
Deleting Client Cases
To delete a case, select the case and click on the Delete button.

Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes, Delete. The case will be permanently removed.
Deleting a case is permanent. Make sure you want to remove the case before confirming.
