Rehab Guru enables patients to access their exercise programmes on a computer, laptop, or any smart device. This guide outlines how patients can open their programmes, provide feedback, and track progress through the platform.

Accessing your Exercise Programme

Patients will receive their exercise programme via email. There are two ways to open the programme:

  • Click the Email Button: Click on the large orange button within the email to open the programme directly in your browser.

  • Copy and Paste the URL: Alternatively, you can copy the provided URL and paste it into your browser’s address bar.

Navigating Your Programme and Providing Feedback

When you access your programme, you’ll see your exercises along with instructions and visual aids.

  • Video and Image Guides: Click on videos and images to view detailed instructions and visual demonstrations for each exercise.

  • Start Session: If your clinician is monitoring your symptoms or compliance, click the Start Session button to begin tracking your session.

Recording Feedback and Health Outcomes

For exercises where feedback is requested, you’ll see a Submit Feedback button. Here’s how to record your experience:

  • Open the Feedback Pop-Up: Click Submit Feedback to open the feedback pop-up after each exercise.

  • Provide Feedback: Rate your symptoms using the sliding scale (0 to 10), with a smiley face indicating positive feelings and a sad face for discomfort.

  • Leave Comments: Optionally, type comments regarding your exercise experience, which will be shared with your clinician.

  • Save Your Feedback: Click Save to log your feedback.

Adjusting and skipping Exercises

Clients can customise their exercise feedback as follows:

  • Adjust Reps and Sets: If you complete more or fewer reps/sets than prescribed, you can manually adjust these values in the parameters.

  • Skip Exercises: If you cannot complete an exercise, click the Skip button. This will disable the feedback option for that exercise. You can click Skip again to re-enable feedback if you accidentally skipped.

Using the skip option for exercises as needed.

Completing your Session

After going through each exercise:

  • Finish Session: Once all exercises are completed, click Finish Session to save and submit all your feedback to your clinician.

  • Important Note: Ensure you click Save on each exercise’s feedback pop-up. If you do not, the data for that exercise will not be recorded, and it will appear as incomplete.

Tracking Progress

Once submitted, your session data will be saved and displayed in a graph format on your Rehab Guru client app, allowing you to track your progress over time.

By following these steps, patients can effectively interact with and complete their exercise programmes while keeping their clinicians updated on their progress and feedback.
