In Rehab Guru, you can create and apply labels to clients, allowing you to organise and filter clients for easy management. Follow the steps below to label and filter your clients.
Creating and Managing Labels
Navigate to the Clients page and click on the Labels button located at the top right of the page.

You can create new labels within the Labels pop-up. For example, you can create labels such as "Self-Paying" or "Private Insurance."

If you want to manage labels, click on Manage Labels. From here, you can:

Applying Labels to Clients
To apply a label to one or more clients, select the clients from the list on the Clients page.

Once the clients are selected, click on the Labels button again, and choose the label you wish to apply.
You can apply multiple labels to each client by selecting multiple labels from the list. After selecting the labels, click Apply to assign them to the selected clients.

The applied labels will now appear on the selected clients, helping you easily identify and group them.
Filtering Clients by Labels
Once labels are applied, you can filter clients by specific labels. To do this, use the Client Filters on the left-hand side of the Clients page.
Select the label you want to filter by. Only clients with that particular label will appear in the list.

You can filter by one label at a time, but clients may have multiple labels applied to them for more detailed organisation.
To remove the filter, click on the label again or select a different label to filter by another category.
Using labels, you can efficiently manage and filter your client list, helping you quickly organise clients by payment type, insurance, or any other category relevant to your practice.
