Ensure you have access to the Team settings as a team administrator.
In Rehab Guru, you can enforce password expiration for your team to ensure that passwords are regularly updated. This is an important security measure to protect sensitive data. Follow these steps to set up password expiration for your team members.
Enforcing Password Expiration
Navigate to Account>Team.
Scroll to the bottom of the Team page, where you will find the option to Enforce Password Expiration.
Locating the Enforce Password Expiration option on the Team page
Toggle the option to enable password expiration. Once enabled, you can select how often team members will need to update their passwords:
60 days
90 days
After selecting the desired interval, click Save Team to apply the changes. When their password is set to expire, team members will prompted to change it.
Enforcing password expiration helps improve security by ensuring team members update their passwords periodically.
Disabling Password Expiration
If you decide not to change the password expiration, please go ahead and select the Enforce Password Expiration option.
Click Save Team to update the settings. When disabled, team members are not required to change their passwords, and passwords do not expire.
Disabling password expiration may reduce account security. It is recommended to keep this feature enabled for teams handling sensitive data.
By enforcing password expiration, you can ensure that your team's accounts remain secure by regularly requiring password updates.
