Ensure you have admin access to manage team members and that all team members being invited already have a Rehab Guru account.
Follow these steps to manage users in your Rehab Guru team: This includes managing subscriptions and understanding limitations based on your subscription type.
Accessing Team Management
Navigate to Account>Account & Organisation>Team from the main toolbar.

On the Team members tab, you will see the current status of your team members, including whether they have been invited or are already part of the team.

Removing and Adding Team Members
To remove a team member, click Remove at the end of their row. Once removed, you can add another team member in their place.
To change what a team member can see and do, click Edit roles on their row. See Creating Custom Roles for your Team.
Removing a team member will free up a seat.
You can add new team members by clicking Add Member. Enter their email address and click Send invite.
To give them a role straight away, open Assign roles (optional) before sending. A seat-required role uses one practitioner seat, while a free role, such as a receptionist role, does not. See Creating Custom Roles for your Team.
Inviting a new team member by email
The new team member will receive an invitation via email, which they must accept to join the team.
It is important that team members being invited already have a Rehab Guru account. They must have registered before receiving the invitation.
Managing Available Seats
The number of available seats for your team is shown under the heading on the Team members tab. For example, if your team allows three members and you have only used one, you will have two more seats available.
Viewing the number of available seats
If you have reached the maximum number of team members, you can remove an existing member to invite someone else. For instance, if your maximum is three members and all spots are filled, removing one person will allow you to add a new member.
