In Rehab Guru, you can customise your account's branding and styles, including colours and logos, and apply them across your team. This ensures consistency in what your clients see, from exercise programmes to emails. Follow these steps to set up your branding.
If you want to apply styles for your whole team, please review the Applying Branding to Your Team section below first.
Customising Branding and Styles
Navigate to the Account page, then go to the Customise page.
βAccessing the Customise page to set branding and styles
At the top of the page, you'll find options to set the Branding Colours for the client portal. These colours will apply to the portal where clients view their exercise programmes, forms, questionnaires, and the online booking link (if used).
βSetting branding colours for the client portal and email communications
The branding colours you select will also apply to any emails sent to clients, ensuring that the branding remains consistent across all client communications.
You can also upload your own Logo to be displayed on the portal and in emails.
βUploading a custom logo for branding purposes
Applying Branding to Your Team
You can enforce sharing across your whole team by Enabling Master Account Branding from the Account>Teams page.
Accessing the Team page to apply branding across the team
Click on the button to Enable Master Account Branding. This option ensures that the branding and styles you have set for your account are applied to every member of your team.
Enabling master account branding ensures consistency across all team members' communications and client-facing materials.
Once the toggle is enabled, click Save Team to apply the branding across your team.
Master account branding will be applied when the customised settings are saved. We think it's best to configure your team first and then configure your styles.
Final Steps
By following these steps, all team members will automatically use the same branding and styles, ensuring a professional and consistent appearance across all client interactions, from exercise programmes to email communications.
We recommend sending yourself a programme, or form or viewing an exercise programme to verify that your styles and logo look okay.
