This guide is for clinicians and team members who log in at app.rehabguru.com. If you are a patient looking for your exercises, there is no password to reset: open your programme with the link in your email, your Programme ID or Access Programmes via Email. To reset your password on the Rehab Guru platform, follow these steps:
Navigate to app.rehabguru.com.
Enter your email address in the designated field and click on Next.
Click on Forgot your password.
Once you've entered your email address, click 'forgot password'
A password reset email will be sent to your provided email address. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. Ensure that the email address entered is correct. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.
The reset link is valid for a limited time. Complete the password reset process promptly to avoid needing a new link.
