Please note that RGai becomes RGai Plus when the Treatment Notes & Forms addon is added to your Subscription.
What Can RGai Plus Do?
Using RGai Plus, you can:
Record and transcribe consultations
Convert transcriptions into treatment notes
Use AI assistance to write letters
RGai can be opened on any page within Rehab Guru and remains accessible as you move through the platform.
Starting a Consultation Recording
Navigate to the Clients page and select a patient profile.
Open the RGai tool window.

3. Select Transcribe Consultation.
You can begin recording from any page in Rehab Guru, allowing you to capture consultations wherever you are working.

Please note: You may need to ensure that the site has access to your microphone in order to record. Ensure you have checked your Site Permissions in your browser, if you are struggling to record audio.

Recording During Your Workflow
While the consultation is being recorded:
You can continue demonstrating or building exercise programs
The AI tool can be minimised and dragged around the screen
Recording continues in the background without interrupting your workflow
Uploading and Transcribing the Consultation
Once the consultation is complete:
Click Stop
Select Upload & Transcribe

Rehab Guru AI will process the recording and convert the consultation into text.

Audio files can be uploaded and transcribed instead of recording a live consultation.
Select "Upload File" and choose your audio file to be transcribed.
Supported audio formats are MP3, MP4, WAV, WebM, OGG, M4A and 8 other formats.

Viewing Transcriptions and Summaries
After transcription:
Navigate to the Client profile > Transcriptions.
View the full transcription, which contains the entire recorded conversation
Review the summary, including:
Chief complaint
Physical examination findings
Other relevant clinical findings
Navigating to the patient's Transcription page.

Creating Treatment Notes from a Transcription
One of the biggest time-saving features of RGai Plus is converting transcriptions directly into treatment notes.
Click Create treatment note
Using the 3 dot menu to select Create Treatment Note.
2. Choose a treatment note template (for example, SOAP notes)

The transcription will automatically conform to the selected template.
The AI system compiles the content into a draft treatment note.

Reviewing and Saving Draft Treatment Notes
Once generated:
The draft will populate Subjective, Objective, Action, and Plan sections (for the example of a SOAP note)
You can review and edit the content as needed
Save the note as a Draft or Final.
You can also add the treatment note as context into your AI chat for further assistance.

Adjusting How RGai Transcription Autofills your Notes
To influence how RGai compiles your Treatment Note from a Transcription, navigate to Forms and select Edit on the relevant form.
Select Advanced Configuration under each relevant question, and provide AI Instructions for the LLM to guide how the Form is compiled (e.g. "complete all notes in bullet point format") and Save the changes.

If you would like to add RGai Plus to your account, navigate to Subscription> View/Change Subscription and ensure the Treatment Notes & Forms addon is on your subscription, then add RGai Plus addon to the subscription.
