Ensure you have upgraded your Subscription by navigating to Account>Subscription>View/Change Subscription - here you can increase the number of locations for your business under Additional Locations.
Updating your subscription to enable multiple locations.
Step 1: Updating your Business Details
Navigate to Account>Business Details.
Fill in any relevant details under Business Settings.
Leave the Address blank, as we will be adding multiple locations for your business in the next step.

Step 2: Adding Multiple Business Locations
Navigate to Business Locations and select New Business Location.
A page will open for the new location, here you can:
Add a logo for that Business Location.
Add a name, phone number and address for that location.
Select Practitioners who are based at that location and whom you would like to be available for making bookings there.
Select Save Location.
Repeat these steps to add another location for your Business.

Step 3: Adding Practitioners to Different Locations
Ensure you have added the practitioners to your team.
Scroll down to select team members who will be available for bookings at the specified location.

Step 4: Making Bookings at Different Locations
Navigate to the Diary page to book an appointment.
To book an appointment, click on the desired time slot on the selected day. A new booking window will appear.
Select the Location where you'd like to make the booking.
Select the Appointment Type and time, either by choosing from the available time slots or by entering a custom time as needed.
Choose a client from the drop-down list or add a new client.
Click Book to confirm the appointment.

Step 5: Customising Appointment Reminder Emails
Ensure you have admin access to the account and are familiar with navigating the Account settings in Rehab Guru.
Navigate to Account>Customise to make changes to appointment confirmation and reminder emails sent to clients.
In the customisation section, find the option to customise the email sent as standard appointment confirmations. Here, you can modify the message content, add links, and personalise the email to suit your needs.
In the Merge Tag section of the email content, copy the Booking Address tag and paste it where you'd like the Business Location to be within the email content - this will display as the specific appointment location when the email is sent to the client as an appointment confirmation email.
You can perform the same customisation for the various appointment reminders.
Ensure to scroll to the top of the page to click Save.
