Rehab Guru allows you to customise the emails sent to your clients and automate communication for various scenarios, such as programme expirations and appointment confirmations. Navigating to Email Customisation
Go to Account>Subscription and look for the customisation filter on the left side of the page

To automate emails when a client’s programme expires, select Client Programme Expired in the email customisation option
