Rehab Guru provides accessible support tools and resources to help users navigate the platform effectively. This guide covers how to use the support icons, contact the Rehab Guru support team, and access feature requests and recent platform updates.

Support Options

Orange Support Icon

Located at the bottom right of the screen, the orange icon provides quick access to support resources. Clicking on this icon opens a pop-up with several support options:

  • Contact Support: Send an immediate message to the Rehab Guru support team. You can attach screenshots or documents to help with your query.

  • How-To Guides: Access detailed guides that explain platform features and workflows.

  • Instant Messaging: Engage in live chat for real-time support.

  • Create a Help Ticket: Submit a support ticket, which can be tracked in the Ticket Section to monitor the status and history of your support interactions.

Profile Menu on the top right

In the top right corner, you’ll find another support access point. Click on your profile icon to see options that include:

  • Contact Support: Opens the same support pop-up as the orange icon.

  • Account Settings: Manage your personal and account settings.

  • Subscription: Adjust or update your subscription details.

Feature Requests and Changelog

Submitting Feature Requests

If you have ideas for features that would enhance your experience with Rehab Guru, you can submit feature requests directly from the platform:

  • Click on Feature Request from the profile menu.

  • View and vote on existing feature requests by clicking the up or down arrows.

  • If you don’t see your desired feature, click on the orange button to create a new post, providing details for other users to see and vote on.

Viewing the Changelog

The Changelog option in the profile menu provides an update log of newly released features and improvements:

  • Click on Changelog to see a list of recently added features and platform updates.

  • If you’ve previously requested a feature, you can check here to see if it’s been implemented.
