Request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) from Rehab Guru

Rehab Guru helps you with HIPAA compliance in several ways, which are summarised in the HIPAA support article. One of the ways we provide support is to allow you to request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) from Rehab Guru. To do this, please ensure you have turned on the HIPAA settings on your account (Account > HIPAA) and then create a support ticket from within the app.

To open a support ticket and request a BAA, click on the ? at the bottom of your screen, then click on Contact us. Please include the following information when requesting a BAA:

• Registered company name
• Website
• Services
• Contact email address
• Contact first name
• Contact last name
