Loading Multiple Templates

Pro Tip: It's best to create smaller templates, grouping a few exercises you commonly prescribe together. This gives you ultimate flexibility to load multiple 'parts' of a program to make a whole prescription. Many of our users create a 'Warm up' template which is loaded as a blueprint to all their collections.

To Load Multiple Templates navigate Creator → Templates.

Select the first template you wish to load and click the Load Button

Navigate back to the template list by clicking the orange Templates button.

Find the next template you wish to load and select it. This them when you select load you will be given the option of adding to the current collection or overwriting it. Select Add Exercises and they will be added to the current working program.
