How do I search for exercises?

There are three ways to search:

Free-text search - simply type the exercise name in the search box and results will appear in real time.

Applying Filters - selecting the filters in the left sidebar. When a filter is applied only exercises containing that filter will be shown. They can be used in combination in order to narrow down your search. The equipment filter is a great example of how powerful this method of search is.

Filters and text combined - the two methods above can be used together to narrow down your results. (e.g Applying the filter “Foam Roller” and start typing “Hamstring” - this will present you will all the Hamstring + Foam Roller exercises).
