How to Add Translations in Rehab Guru

This guide will show you how to add translations in Rehab Guru, allowing you to customise your account to suit your needs better.

Creating and Sending Exercises

In the creator, you can create and send exercises. Navigate to the Exercise page where you can either create your own content by clicking the Create Exercise button or by cloning an exercise.
To clone an exercise, click the middle Clone Exercise button. This will add the exercise to your My Exercise Collection.
In the My Exercise Collection on the left, you will see a combination of Rehab Guru exercises that you have cloned as well as some that you have created with images or videos.
Click the Edit button on any of these cloned exercises to modify all aspects of the exercise. You can change the description, write it in any language you prefer, and also rename the exercise.
To upload your own content, such as images or videos, delete the existing content and upload your own files. This can be done from any device, including mobile phones.

Translating Treatment Notes and Forms

Navigate to the Treatment Notes or Forms section. Here you can edit existing notes and forms, translating them into any language you require. This ensures that all your documentation is accessible to you and your clients in your preferred language.

Appointment Types and Calendars

To translate your appointment calendars, go to the Appointments tab within the account page. You can create new appointment types, giving them names and descriptions in your chosen language. Whether you offer face-to-face or telehealth appointments, you can customise the appointment details to suit your clients' needs.

Customising Your Platform

You can customise all areas of the Rehab Guru platform to provide a seamless service for yourself, your colleagues, and your clients. This includes writing treatment notes, sending questionnaires, and creating and sending exercises and programmes, all in your preferred language.
