How to Download and Export Treatment Notes or Patient Forms as PDF

In this guide, we will demonstrate how to download a treatment note or patient form for printing or emailing as a PDF. Follow these simple steps to get started (video below).

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Head to your client's page and open the client details page.

2. Click on Forms or Treatment Notes, depending on what you wish to download.

3. Click on the three dots located on the right-hand side of each note.

4. Select Export Form from the dropdown menu.

This will export the form to PDF and download it automatically to your device.

Viewing and Using the PDF

Once downloaded, you can view the PDF using any PDF viewer.

The PDF can be emailed or printed, and the formatting will remain intact, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
