Debugging Steps

If you are having issues with the App, try the following steps before submitting a support ticket.

  1. Go to the Settings menu on your phone. Then, select More and then Application Manager.
  2. Pull the title bar in apps over from the right. Stop when you see "running."
  3. Look at the apps you currently have running. This includes the memory used by each listed on the right.
  4. Top on the App and Close it.
  5. Relaunch the App from the home screen. 
  6. Immediately visit the account view
  7. If this doesn’t solve your issues, please create a support ticket.
