How to Manage Auto Logout Preferences

Auto logout features could be managed by your organisation, who may enforce the settings from a security and information governance standpoint. If you are a member of a team and unable to edit these settings please check with your team administrator

Auto logout preferences

Auto logout is a security feature that allows you to set your account to logout automatically after a fixed period of inactivity. To edit the settings navigate:

Account > Settings

On the settings page scroll down to the Preferences section. Auto-logout is turned on by default and set at 30 minutes. You can turn off auto logout by unchecking the checkbox, or you can leave it checked and adjust the timeout idle time if you need a longer timeout. 

To remain as secure as possible and protect your data we advise you leave auto-logout settings turned on and maintain as low a timeout time as possible.
